The process involves a screen or fine mesh that is tightly spread around a frame. The process involves a screen or fine mesh that is tightly spread around a frame. If there are areas that you do not want to print, they are masked on the printing screen.

To create a print, the framed screen will be displayed on the item you want to print with a drop of thick paint. You will use a squeegee to press the ink through the screen. Areas that are masked with ink are prevented from passing through, but areas that are uncensored allow the link to be obstructed.

Once this is done, the item is placed on a conveyor belt through a heat tunnel. A curing process is called to ensure that the ink will dry quickly that the material can be packed or stacked. If the inks are properly cured, they will remain on the printed substrate even under harsh conditions.

If more colors are desired in the final design, the process will be repeated with different screens. For example, if the design requires three colors, it will require three different screens.
